Cycle Intro - The perfect introduction to Indoor cycling. This class is designed for those new to Indoor cycling. It will give you the confidence to enjoy the benefits of our Indoor cycling classes. We will guide you through the bike set up, work through the gears and move in and out of the saddle in a slow and progressive way to get you to a place where you feel confident to take on one of the many Indoor cycle classes we have to offer.
