New customer portal has arrived!

Hi Everyone! 

We're thrilled to be able to share with you, our brilliant new booking system! It's been a long journey in the making but we hope you'll agree it's a huge improvement on the previous version! 

The great thing about this system is it's evolving, we can send requests for new features and have far more control over what content you can view and book. 

To get started:

Please ensure you update any saved websites you may have on your devices as the old ones will no longer work.

You can always collect the most up to date link from our website using the "join" or "book" icons at the top of TwoRiversmeet.com or use the ones below :

https://bcpcouncil.gladstonego.cloud/en_GB/memberships for any new memberships 

or

https://bcpcouncil.gladstonego.cloud/en_GB/book for all bookings 

If you are an existing user just continue with your usual username (email address) and password.

Our preliminary testing suggests that using the Customer Portal is straight forwards and that customers do not need any training but we have produced this guide if you would find it helpful. There is also some additional information about some new features such as the Alert List.

As I mentioned in my earlier post about the Customer Portal, we really hope that our investment in the software will mean that more of our customers will move to managing their bookings online, which in turn will allow our Reception team more time to support customers at the center and answering more phone calls- which we know is a key issue raised in our customer feedback.

Key Features

Aside from the cleaner and fresher appearance we are really excited about:

  • Alert List- giving you instant access to activity spaces as soon as they become available. The alerts will be sent out regularly until the space is filled (or you remove yourself from the Alert List)
  • View activities that are taking place weeks and weeks in advance- the portal will display what date you are able to book from- so no more guess work!

As with any new piece of software of this size, we fully anticipate there to be some things we need to adjust and amend as it becomes fully integrated.
